Our monitoring process consists of several stages.
Stage 1: After you place an order through our platform within 24 hours we visit seller’s warehouse and inspect the products that you requested to purchase. We check the required quantity and quality against the measures listed online, only after this you receive a report including all detailed information regarding the product along with the pictures and videos of the available stock, together with the commercial invoice from the vendor. Then you have 24 hours to pay for your order through direct bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the invoice.
Stage 2: after Agro Trade Georgia LLC receives your payment we start preparing the stock for shipping together with the seller. Again we monitor the preparation process and give you daily reports.
Stage 3: Once products are on its way to your warehouse we regularly update the tracking information through our platform which you can find in “Track my order” section on our platform, you will need order number that was given to you upon placing initial order and can be found on your invoice as well.
Stage 4: We make sure that you received all the necessary documents through email to clear customs at your home country border.
